Shipping & Orders

For the processing of your order, the manufacturing of the goods and the delivery (free of charge), it generally takes us between 10 and 15 working days. In order to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, we do everything we can to ensure that the quality of our merchandise doesn’t suffer.

Our products are shipped worldwide. We do not require a minimum order quantity, and all deliveries are free.

Depending on inventory and shipping warehouses, multiple items from the same order may be shipped separately. Rest assured, your package will arrive shortly.

Lost, broken or destroyed package ?
 
With our secure delivery, Aztec Spirit® will take care of all the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to “fend for yourself”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellations & Returns

You can modify you order, as long as your order is not “in process”.

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.
 
Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product (in the original packaging if possible) to [email protected] along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.
